Solutions offers extended warranty for third-party
computer equipment to businesses where the
manufacturer’s warranty has expired or is about to
expire. Our flexible plans are made to suit your needs
and give you peace of mind in case of hardware failure.
Our
warranty covers all hardware repair in your computer. We will
come to your place of business and replace the failed
component(s).*
The
benefit of buying our extended warranty is that we are
local and the repair will be done quickly. You will not go through a phone tree to speak to
a person, and depending on what plan you have, we could
repair your computer that same day.
You can
choose between one and two-year plans with the following
advantages:
Platinum Plus - Same day on-site
service includes software installation and Tech Support.
1, 2, 3, 5
Platinum – Next day on-site service
includes software installation and Tech Support.
1, 2, 3, 5
Gold – Same day on-site.
3, 4
Silver – Next day on-site.
3, 4
Bronze – Computer is brought to our
office for repair. 3, 4
1. Motherboard
or hard drive replacement will require reinstallation of
the operating system, which is covered.
2.
If our
backup service is purchased we will reinstall your
latest back-up, if needed.
3.
Software
failures of any kind are not covered.
4. Motherboards
and/or hard drives require reinstallation of the
operating system if replaced. Reinstallation of the
operating system and associated programs are not
covered.
5.
Tech
Support via phone or email during normal business hours,
Mon – Sat.
* Damaged computer cases,
corrupt operating systems, program and hardware driver
issues are NOT covered. In some instances Dell
motherboard replacement will also require computer case
replacement. If the hardware is damaged due to abuse or
shows signs of being dropped warranty is void.
